Your plan adjusts to what you log
After each session, the app compares the reps you logged with your targets. Reach the top of your rep range on every working set, and the next session moves you up to the next load your equipment can make. If that load would be too big a jump, or your equipment has no heavier one, the next session asks for one more rep instead. Fall short, and the load holds so you can try again.
Loads you can actually make with your equipment
Tell the app what you train with, such as a barbell and plates, a set of dumbbells, or a machine stack. Every target is rounded to a load you can set up, so there is no math between sets.
Every change comes with its reason
When a target goes up, holds, or comes down, the app tells you why in plain words. The last week of each training block is lighter, so you recover before the next block starts.
How FitTune works
- Tell the app your goal, your training experience, the days you can train, how long a session can last, and the equipment you have.
- Train with clear targets for every exercise: the sets, the reps, and the load.
- Log your sets as you go, and your next workout adjusts to them.
